The 21 Foreign Trade Advisors of France (CCEF) of the Southeastern U.S. will meet on June 8 in Anderson, South Carolina, during their quarterly meeting. They will be welcomed by Foreign Trade Advisor Petot Philippe, Vice-President in charge of Research and Innovation at Glen Raven, a world leader in technical textiles.
The purpose of this meeting will be to focus on the economic situation of the U.S. Southeast, the French-American cooperation in the business domain and on the reception of delegations of French companies in the nuclear and smart grid electricity sectors, hosted by Ubifrance. Pascal Le Deunff, Consul General of France and Serge Hanoca, Director of Ubifrance in Atlanta, will be present in order to coordinate all services for the economic influence of France in the region. The meeting will conclude with a visit to the company Glen Raven.
Chosen for their competence and international experience, the Foreign Trade Advisors of France are appointed for three years by decree of the Prime Minister proposed by the Minister for Foreign Trade.
